Adds The Second Door, a short story about a stage magician whose new powers complicate a shared life and an estranged performing partnership. Della, Amos and June each have a different ability and a different wish for the stage; restoring an ordinary concealed exit changes what they can honestly promise.
The package preserves the exact writing prompt, provisional outline and editorial memory, and includes the finished prose, General rating with content notes, a 9:16 cover, a multi-view character sheet, and an original/selected Bellwether location painting. Artwork sources, exact built-in imagegen prompts and selection reasoning are recorded beside the art.
Independent Codex and authenticated Claude subscription readings challenged the outline, read the complete draft, discussed repairs with the writer, and checked the revised whole story. A fresh Codex reader and fresh Claude session then completed the final whole-story round-robin. Revisions clarified the simultaneous cabinet spaces, stage cues, chronology, memory gap and dialogue uptake. The quieter finale and Della's deferred experience are deliberate editorial choices; the supporting reasoning and useful dissent remain in notes.
The exported images were inspected for title/label readability, consistent character identity and clothing, anatomy, stage/garden fidelity and the ordinary side-exit layout. The final prose and selected cover were rated together after all revisions. The story is ready for review and remains non-canon.
