Previously — ABRomics

ABRomics is a European One Health platform: a secure warehouse and workflow environment for genomics analyses on long- and short-read bacterial genomes, with standardized Galaxy pipelines (AMR detection, typing, QC, and more).

I worked across the HPC/web stack and built an AI layer to query genomic reports with RAG (LangChain, Qwen3) — routing natural-language questions over report chunks, ontology knowledge, and structured data. (JOBIM 2026 poster)
