Release probbit 0.8.2

Summary

• Prepare the 0.8.2 release after 0.8.2 (part A): Activity Monitor, lint unproven state, fuzz grid thresholds, installer hint #28 and 0.8.2 (part B): help command, did-you-mean, completions, man page, 100-column help, one error channel #29: align the workspace version, internal dependency requirements, the lockfile (workspace crates only) and npm metadata.
• Date the 0.8.2 changelog section and add an upgrade note: persona lint now exits 3 on unproven rules, so CI gates that treat any non-zero exit as a failure will go red on rules that passed silently before.
• Update current-version strings in the README, cheat sheet, persona strand-header example, installer usage examples and install tests; regenerate docs/probbit.1 from the 0.8.2 binary.
• Historical references ("up to 0.8.1", the 0.8.1 changelog section) are unchanged; no frozen benchmark results are relabelled as new measurements.

Verification

• cargo +1.78.0 build --release --locked (MSRV) and the full workspace test suite on stable: 316 passed, 0 failed, 1 ignored.
• probbit version, --version and the MCP serverInfo report 0.8.2; probbit man equals docs/probbit.1; probbit demo --tasks 12 | probbit decide is exact with 0 violations.
• Python contracts (44), npm wrapper tests (13), install contract (3), clean-prefix install.sh checks under sh and dash, and local-archive npm package checks.
• The full cross-platform CI matrix runs on this pull request before merge.

This change prepares release metadata. GitHub release archives and the npm package are published separately after artifact review.
