Document Grok Bot and fix agent plugin skill links - #1262

Grok Bot loads the plugin skills and the hosted MCP connector. It does not run hooks, commands, or the operator. Cursor's local loader reads plugin.json at the root of each folder under ~/.cursor/plugins/local. Clone the repo elsewhere and copy plugin/ into that folder. Team Import from Repo is unchanged.

arcade-plugin v0.9.0 ships a root .cursor-plugin/plugin.json, so cloning into ~/.cursor/plugins/local works again. Point try-arcade and scale-arcade at plugin/skills/.

That page is for plugin authors, and this guide does not claim Arcade is listed.
