Add a skip-to-content link targeting #main-content, aria-label on the primary navigation landmark, aria-label on the theme toggle and role=alert on the error banner so screen readers announce validation errors.
Lazy-load five pages (Repositories, RepositoryDetail, TaskDetail, Chat, Analytics) via React.lazy with Suspense wrappers for code splitting. Configure Vite manualChunks to extract react, react-router-dom, @tanstack/react-query and recharts into vendor bundles. Add 5 a11y landmark tests: skip-to-content link, nav landmark, main id, theme toggle aria-label, and ErrorBanner role=alert. Update app-shell theme toggle test for new aria-label selector. Web: 89 tests passing (12 files).
Bump all packages to v1.0.0 (root, api, web, ai pyproject.toml, API root handler, AI service metadata, app shell footer). Add docs/deployment/README.md with full production deployment guide: Docker Compose stack, health checks, monitoring (Prometheus), TLS termination, backups, scaling, troubleshooting. Add env.production.example with all required production secrets explicitly documented. Add RELEASES.md with v1.0.0 release notes covering all features, test coverage summary (470+ tests), and breaking changes section.
