debug norm-g2-err errorbar for multitau

In the multitau analysis, the error bars do not seem to change with tau. It seems like in the g2 std error calc, while calculating stderr, tau is left out of the equation and so the error bars look the same for all tau.

For the error bar and also the hdf g2 mis-match, let us use the following files:
