Add uiname attributes to pbrlib_defs.mtlx

This is the first of a series of PRs that will address all of the "library" nodedef's. The others will come after getting to agreement on this current PR and the terminology chosen etc.

Attached is a list of terms used in the replacement for easy review and discussion. mtlx-rename-terms.txt

Add uiname attributes to all <input> elements of the libraries/pbrlib/pbrlib_defs.mtlx nodedefs.

Of particular note, I'd like to get feedback on what to use for the R, TT, and TRT terms of the Chiang hair BSDF. Are there any nice words to use here for these? That are also short enough to be considered for use in a UI?

Note: The <output> elements are not modified because they currently do not permit the use of uiname attributes in the spec which should be addressed separately first.
