Setup git by using below 2 commands:-
git config –global user.name “name”
git config –global user.email “email address”
To work on repository follow below steps:-
Fork a Repository (aka make a copy) // Button available on repository page
git init // to initiate git
git clone url //Clone repository by using command // you can check url by clicking green clone button on repository page
git add --all OR git add filename
git commit -m "new function add or new file added"
git pull variableName branchName // by default origin is varname and master is branchName
git push variableName branchName
