Problem building the code via make command

Dear FerroX developers,

I am on a Windows-64 system trying to build the FerroX system using MingW-64 make with MSys2. I am encountering the following error in cmd:

../../amrex/Tools/GNUMake/Make.rules:505: tmp_build_dir/d/3d.gnu.TPROF.MPI.OMP.EXE/f90.depends: No such file or directory
make: *** No rule to make target '/Base/AMReX_BLutil_F.F90', needed by 'tmp_build_dir/d/3d.gnu.TPROF.MPI.OMP.EXE/f90.depends'. Stop.

The system seems to not be able to find /Base/AMReX_BLutil_F.F90 although it is there. How can I fix this and continue with the installation?

Is your AMREX_HOME directory defined?
Is amrex up to date (development branch)?
What happens if you try BL_NO_FORT=TRUE?

Thank you for reply. I want to let you know I am installing on Windows system

1. I have not specify the AMREX_HOME directory explicitly, but rather git clone FerroX and amrex on to the same file level.
2. Yes, I git clone the latest version
3. Below is what happens when I try BL_NO_FORT=TRUE

Let me know if there is anything I need to install or should provide you to solve the installation problem.
