[Idea]: Use some features without Rank Module enabled

Make the possibility to use all features without the dependency of rank module, because staff server switch and 2fa don't work with this module disabled.

How is the feature useful to all Alchemist users?

This feature is essential if you have ranks module disabled and need this 2 things
