Is QEMU-based real-target CI a blocker for beta?

Question

We currently only do cross-compile checks (cargo build --no-default-features --target ...).
Running tests on real thumbv7m hardware or under QEMU is not set up.

Options

• A) Yes — no beta without at least QEMU-based test runs on thumbv7m
• B) No — cross-compile + no_std build check is enough for beta; real-target CI is a
  post-beta item

Outcome needed

• Decision recorded here; if A, follow up with a QEMU CI job ticket
