Github [recently changed rate limits](https://github.blog/changelog/2025-05-08-updated-rate-limits-for-unauthenticated-requests/). One of the notable changes here is that `git clone` operations over `https` may be rate limited. `run-task` should support authenticated cloning, presumably over ssh.
