Tutorial Preview in SAGE only displaying rules.vr items that are correct - should display the wrong answers too

There are four items in possible answers in the rules.vr in the tutorial. But the preview is only showing the three marked as true for some reason.

Root cause & status

The dropped answer in the screenshot (hana-cloud-sqltools-db, VALIDATE_5) is written with empty brackets and no interior space:

[] A data lake Files instance is available in the SAP HANA Cloud free tier service plan

The pre-fix parser regex required a literal [ ] (bracket‑space‑bracket), so [] distractors were silently dropped — leaving only the [X] correct answers. That's exactly the symptom.

This is already fixed. PR #1740 (merged 2026-08-13) widened the distractor regex in scripts/parsers/rules.ts to /^\[\s*\]\s*(.+)$/, which matches []. Running the deployed QA parser bundle against the real rules.vr for this tutorial now emits all 4 options (3 correct + the wrong answer), as multiple-choice / multi-select.

Why it still appeared

The current SAGE "Preview Tutorial" command delegates rendering to tutorials-srv-qa /preview/render — so multiple-choice parsing is 100% the server's parser. tutorials-srv-qa was redeployed 2026-09-02 08:10 EDT, which rebuilds the parser bundle from source and picks up #1740. Testing before that deploy would still show the bug.

To verify

Run "Preview Tutorial" (not a "Legacy Preview" command) on hana-cloud-sqltools-db and confirm step 5 now shows all four choices, including the false statement.

Secondary finding (separate repo, deprecated path)

SAGE's "Legacy Preview" commands use the extension's own bundled parser at sage-tutorial-extension/src/lib/markdown/parseValidation.ts:63, whose regex /\[([ xX])\]\s*(.+)/ still drops [] distractors. This only affects the deprecated local-render commands, not the current server-delegated preview. Can be widened in a separate PR if we want the legacy path fixed too.

No tutorials-ims code change required — fix is in main and deployed to QA.
