How to install

I'm really sorry to bother you but I can't follow the installation at all, I'm still quite new to linux. I'm getting very upset with myself, please help.

I'm struggeling at the two points, where I have to copy /wizards/arduino and helpers directory. both cannot be found on my system. Additionally I had to guess what is ment by mysketches folder, but I guessed it has to be my workspace..

Can you give me a hint on this? My system is Ubuntu 16.04, with Code::Blocks 13.12 and Arduino 1.8.3.
