Do i need backup GPG?

Do i need GPG key for authentication or just for registration?
Keys in .password-store/fido2 will work even when gpg keystore ~/.gnupg/ is lost or regenerated?

oops I don't know if it has already solved the problem but, yes. you need gpg all the.password-store/ files including the fido2 folder depend on your keys, if you lose them you won't have access. Always back up your keychain and have a copy of the revocation key in case you need it.
