InteractionManager freeze Unity from Editor to PlayMode #18

If press play, unity freeze in playmode bevor it starts the "game".
Is InteractionManager disable, playmode is running.. .

System:
CPU: 1505M v6
graphic card: Q5000
Windows Creators Update 1703
Unity 2017.1.0f3
