New x402 MCP service: Bug Bounty Intelligence smart contract scanner

Hi! I built a paid MCP service that fits the MCPay model perfectly and wanted to let you know.

Bug Bounty Intelligence is a smart contract security scanner for AI agents. It uses x402 on Base/USDC and is already live.

The payment flow is standard x402: GET returns 402 with payment requirements, agent pays, POST processes with payment verification.
