Support GitLab projects

👋 Hacktoberfest allows for folks to contribute both to projects on GitHub as well as on GitLab. Looking at the code here, it appears to only fetch opted-in projects on GitHub. It'd be great to see support for GitLab added as well! Cheers.

I think a good way to visually display it can be by showing a set of radio buttons with the text "Source" between the languages and search button with three options

1. GitHub (Default selected)
2. GitLab
3. Both

Whatever the user selects, we append it to query params
