The formal matched-1m re-measure has since run at head a9485073f (containing the merged read-proof reuse), on a measurement entrypoint repaired by #8256: receipt p95 26.44/27.65 ms and scan-100 p95 60.85/69.62 ms at 10k/100k, both inside the 50/250 ms budgets with no depth degradation, ledger 13 passed / 0 failed / 11 missing. Record that closure as a dated checkpoint in both languages, with the boundary stated equally clearly: the soak failed at 9d22.85h and the recovery, consumer-lag and OS/runtime matrices remain missing, so this closes budget rows, not D2.
