Adds a source for Boonnovels (reader.boondollars.com), an English library of AI-translated novels served over a public JSON API with no login needed.

• Catalog, search, novel details, chapter lists, and chapter text all come from the /api/public/* endpoints.
• The catalog call returns all 105 novels at once, so popular sorts by recent views and latest by last chapter date; search filters titles and authors.
• Chapter bodies arrive as plain-text paragraphs, wrapped into escaped

  HTML.

• parsePage returns the full chapter list, so novels saved with no stored chapters still open.

Tested:

• eslint, prettier, and build:compile are clean.
• The repo live check is INCONCLUSIVE on the site-reachability probe: the site answers HEAD with 405 (it only serves GET), so the harness stops before the real checks. GET requests to the homepage and the API return 200.
• Verified the compiled plugin live: popular, latest, search, novel, chapter, parsePage, and resolveUrl all return correct data (105 novels, 1301 chapters on the test novel, full chapter text).
• Installed and tested on a phone from a standalone repo: browse, novel page, and chapter text all load.
