Subject: [PATCH 1/2] vmtest: Temporarily test failing on Clang 22

The test verifier_linked_scalars/alu32_negative_offset fails for
noalu32 targets on Clang 22, because the compiler uses 32 bit
shifts to optimize the test's unsigned casts. Disable it to unblock
the upgrade.
