Whether to consider the Docker way to install?

Hi, I have a docker files ready and waiting to go, as mentioned in #242. I was just waiting for some feedback from @AdrianoFerrari before proceeding. At this point, I could probably go ahead and finish and publish them as pull requests for him to see and review, so that they're publicly available in the interim.
