No clock times and no abstracts: presenter availability was never collected, so every slot is still being confirmed with the authors. One reply moves everything after it in its session, and a day plus morning or afternoon is what a reader in another time zone needs in order to decide. Times and abstracts follow on 10 September. The block between the PROGRAMME markers is generated by build/public_programme.py in the submission-review repo, which reads the same submission records the committee decided on. Rerun it to refresh the block.
