Install Error: " Cannot open include file: 'cv.hpp' "

OS: Windows 7

I have an error on install - it looks like it can't find 'cv.hpp'.
Any ideas on how I should get this file and put it in the right place?

Looks like you don't have OpenCV installed or it isn't in the path. See the readme file for guidance.
