Clean up the dat-files

Most of the dat-files list unnecessary amount of parameters (some of which are already deprecated) which should be removed. Retain only the parameters needed by the variant. Even parameters that have usable default values can be removed.

Dat-files in basic 01-05 are now very stripped down. Default values can be assumed, but there are at least some parameters that consistently do not use the default values (e.g. annotate name is always 0 even if the default value is 1).
