Specification

Download Anthropic OpenAPI spec from laszukdawid/anthropic-openapi-spec repository and configure Swift OpenAPI Generator build plugin.

Acceptance Criteria

• OpenAPI spec downloaded to Sources/ClaudeKit/openapi.json
• openapi-generator-config.yaml created with types and client generation enabled
• Configuration specifies internal access modifier
• Files are ready for Package.swift integration
