Subject: [PATCH] fix: update English and French locale files for members and
 settings sections

- Restored and enhanced translations for members and settings sections in both English and French.
- Added clarifications regarding limitations on removing the last admin and member.
- Ensured consistency in workspace selection prompts across locales.
