Subject: [PATCH 1/2] Remove profile H1 and tweak admin UI styles

Remove the redundant <h1> from the profile template and apply visual refinements to the admin UI: add margins to nav links, adjust hover/selected backgrounds and rounded corners, add button border-radius, and update the --ink color variable. These changes are purely presentational to improve spacing and visual consistency in the admin shell.
