        Prior to the 2016 US presidential election, I launched a free public resource for public policy documents known
        as Congressional Research Service (CRS) reports. These reports, written by PhD's within the US Library of
        Congress, are created to benefit members of Congress & their staff; however, they are often accessed by
        lobbyists & industry leaders. By making CRS reports more easily available to researchers, the public, journalists, and off-the-hill
        politicians, I aspired to elevate understanding and discourse of public policy in the US.

        The aim of my next project congress.ai is to accelerate the development & results of artifically intelligent legislative assistants
        by providing researchers with programmatic access to political research created by parliamentary & congressional
        research from over 100 countries.

    <p style="margin-left: 0.49in; margin-bottom: 0in; font-weight: normal; line-height: 100%">
        This compilation is admittedly flawed, but in an early era of nationalistic, sexist, racist datasets, this
        data represents the pinnacle of government research. Executive & ministry research materials are written with greater agenda bias
        than that of "the people's branch" (Congress & parliaments) & by including every nation's research, national bias
        will be offset. Researchers within the field of machine learning, artificial intelligence, and NLP (specifically those studying artificially intelligent legislative assistants) will no longer need to focus on data collection
        and can be freed to focus on creating practical advances to humanity.
