PropellantTankClass4 -- implementation (Extreme difficulty)

• need to fully understand the new class structure and old code
• Complete code for PropellantTankClass4 which is called down from tankClass3
• Write it based off the old PropellantTankClass in DarkMatter_Old
• Adjust parts to suit 6DoF if necessary
• Try to make existing code more efficient and implement better error handling
• A LOT OF CODE AND RESEARCH REQUIRED
• Very flexible time frame (try to get it done before March)
