Inconsistant Jumbotron design

So I know this may sound stupid but I don't like the fact that it's there in the guides section but not everywhere else.
I'd like to propose 3 fixes.

1. add a line break after the title so that the 'lead' is under the title making it look nice aligned and not so gimmicky as it does now.
2. add a begin page for each guide so that you don't need the title and can just explain the guide on itself.
3. Add everything to one page so that you don't have to click through the guide. Why have multiple pages for the same guide (you should be able to navigate but just that the page scrolls to it instead of loading a whole new page)
