Ensure every collection plate distributed by the network includes pUC19, so members always have a reliable positive control/QC plasmid on hand for the transformation efficiency test.

Tasks

• Synthesize/source pUC19 stock
• Validate sequence and quality of synthesized stock
• Add pUC19 to existing collection plates during restructuring of plate layouts
• Document pUC19's role/purpose in accompanying materials sent to members
