Add banner for People for a Pause DC protest (19 Sept) - #1119

Adds a site-wide banner for the Washington DC protest on Friday 19 September, organised by People for a Pause. Not geo-gated: the ask has two audiences, and the "forward it to your DC friends" half only works if people outside the US see it too. The date range ends on the day of the protest, so it retires itself. Credits People for a Pause explicitly and links to their site, so the banner does not read as a PauseAI-organised event. 19 September 2026 falls on a Saturday. The banner added in #1119 gave the correct date but the wrong weekday, which is now live on the site. The date and the banner's dateRange were already correct, so only the weekday label changes. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Notes on the choices
countries: null). The ask has two audiences — people near DC join, everyone else forwards to their DC contacts — and the second half only works if people outside the US see it.2026-09-19. End dates are inclusive through 23:59 local, so it stays up through protest day and then retires itself.LinkWithoutIconfor the org name.Linkauto-appends a ↗ icon on external URLs; using it twice would put two icons in one banner and widen a line that is already tight on mobile. The icon now marks only the CTA.Verification
