I was able to get the blue service menu to appear with about 7-8 different options one single time.
I scrolled down to Advanced but i wasnt set up to enter any type of code (thought I could via ColorControl but was wrong).
Now, every single time I try to get back to that initial service menu, nothing happens on the TV yet ColorControl advances to "Step 2" assuming the service menu is visible to me (which it is not).
IDK what to do now. I have rebooted the TV and still nothing. thank you.
