Auto Scroll checkbox label shows wrong functionality

The Auto Scroll checkbox label shows "Disable AutoScroll" but the functionality is reversed.
Enables auto scroll when checked.

Should I change the label to "Enable AutoScroll" or reverse the value of the checkbox keeping the label as it is?
