From f95b80ab2e40e66e55ecd4558708665553af157d Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Zach Vorhies Date: Mon, 2 Nov 2026 16:16:56 -0800 Subject: [PATCH] fix(ci): give the Safari smoke 300 s to reach its 30 frames Hosted macOS ARM runners render this page at ~1.6-2.2 FPS. At 1f563bf the smoke reached exactly 30 frames in its 120 s budget; at 9411f52 it reached 29 twice (run 41547950501), with no change to the code under test. Keep the 30-frame requirement and lengthen only the deadline; the wait loop exits as soon as the frames arrive. --- ci/safari_smoke.py | 4 +++- 1 file changed, 3 insertions(+), 1 deletion(-) diff --git a/ci/safari_smoke.py b/ci/safari_smoke.py index 9105e618..542ac4f1 100644 --- a/ci/safari_smoke.py +++ b/ci/safari_smoke.py @@ -150,7 +150,9 @@ def main() -> int: parser.add_argument("--fastled", required=True) parser.add_argument("--serve-dir", required=True) parser.add_argument("--artifacts", required=True, type=Path) - parser.add_argument("--ready-timeout", type=float, default=120) + # Hosted macOS ARM runners render ~2 FPS here, so 30 frames took the whole + # 120 s and failed at 29.
