What problem are you trying to solve?
Currently, it is super unclear to me what keyboard shortcuts will trigger what in the permission dialog.
What would improve it?
Having some overlay (like Claude Code or Codex) would help. Claude Code is not that nice, as they change around numbered shortcuts, so one can end up accidentially pressing the wrong shortcut, when one wants to repeatedly grant permissions.
Codex does this nicely, just have reliable shortcuts for deny and accepts (probably Esc and Enter). Always allow should potentially not have a keyboard shortcut, as that is an a bit more dangerous action.
