GI-18 - Replace frontend calls to static JSON file for site data with calls to backend endpoint for retrieving data from database (Blocked by GI-17)

• Currently, in the frontend, the site data is being pulled from a JSON file. It should pulled from the backend instead.
• Ideally, this ticket should only require changes in the frontend. However, the way the data is returned from the backend might need to be slightly changed to make it compatible with the rendering on the frontend. Feel free to play around with this to make it work. Reach out if you have any questions about what this should look like.
