[FEATURE] Automaticly record Teamspeak Voice files and link them to a Demo for Practice

Linked to creating TS3 Servers on Nodes. It would be great for teams to pracc if you can automaticly record and save teamspeak voice records to demos. Also you should be able to upload voice recordings manually and use them in 2D, 3D and Demo Replay to analyze Teamplay
